Responsibilities
Support regional leadership with the launch of the Pueblo operations including building out the work plan, informing the staffing plan, and developing relationships with local community agencies.
Manage the daily agency operations, oversee the main program, monitor team progress and compliance, and support staff training and development.
Foster a supportive environment for staff and participants, maintain client records, and track program data for reporting purposes.

Required
3+ years of program implementation experience (program management experience preferred) in a fast-growing and results-oriented nonprofit environment
Working knowledge of local county and its criminal justice and workforce development systems and programs
Experienced in meeting performance based goals
People-person and love to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals
Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
Experience collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive program strategy and decision making
Ability to communicate effectively and recognize the value of continuous communication
Comfortable with technology, including Google Suite and Salesforce
Display personal integrity and are personally and professionally committed to CEO’s mission
