Responsibilities
Responsible for processing journal entries related to work orders by receiving requests, investigating the work, extracting information from SAP, submitting it to the appropriate department, and monitoring the process.
Access and manage the SharePoint list where supported business areas submit requests for journal entry processing.
Engage with employees across the distribution organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Manages end to end process and ensures all relevant deadlines are met.

Required
Must be a US citizen or hold a green card.
At least 5 years of data entry or analytics experience.
5-10 years of experience in data entry or data analytics.
Must possess strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Preferred
SAP ECC knowledge is a plus.
Previous background in analytics is nice to have.
