Responsibilities
BSAs understand requirements and stories to bring to Scrum teams for development.
Ask critical questions to the PO and scrum team members to better understand functionality.
Document the business functional requirements with the PO and facilitate UI design.
Regularly engage in pre-refinement discussions with PO and Scrum Master.
Ensure requirements are clear and testable to smoothen the refinement process.
Create a spreadsheet of stories prior to JIRA tickets to facilitate categorization and tagging.
Work with the PO to keep ahead of the team and sprints.
Prioritize work in each sprint and review backlog for efficient backlog management.
Collaborate with the PO to document initiatives, epics, and stories for PI Planning.

Required
BSA (Business Systems Analyst) experience
Experience working with Scrum teams for development
Ability to understand and document business functional requirements
Strong communication skills to ask critical questions to PO and team members
Experience in facilitating discussions with PO and Scrum Master
Ability to ensure requirements are clear and testable
Experience in creating and organizing stories in spreadsheets or JIRA tickets
Collaboration with PO to prioritize work and stay ahead of team and sprints
Experience in backlog management and cleaning out unnecessary stories
Ability to work on initiatives, epics, and stories to support PI Planning
