Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy: Collaborate around the development and execution of Collective[i]'s product strategy, identify market opportunities and trends, assess client needs and preferences, and prioritize product features and capabilities based on the company's resources, timelines, and business objectives
Lead the product development process: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, work closely with product leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure products are delivered on-time, within budget, and with high-quality standards
Manage the product portfolio in key areas: Evaluate the performance of existing products, identify opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for product enhancements, updates, and retirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with research, engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure products are designed and developed to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. Define product requirements, assess feasibility, and prioritize product features and capabilities
Engage with clients and stakeholders: Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points, use client feedback and insights to inform product development decisions, prioritize product features and capabilities, and improve the overall user experience

Required
Experience in roles related to products in the sales enablement or social networking industry
Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering
Experience in leading, managing, and building a team of product managers, designers, and engineers
Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
Strong business acumen, with experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data to make informed decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Master's degree in business administration
