Required
8+ years Proven experience as a Creative Director in a creative agency or studio environment, with a focus on the entertainment industry.
Deep understanding of web production, storytelling, visual design, and emerging technologies such as VR, AR, and interactive media.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing a track record of innovative and impactful creative work for major entertainment clients.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Film, Media, Design) is preferred.
