Responsibilities
Managing daily calendars for 2 to 4 Company Directors and Senior Directors
Entering, validating, and closing expense reports
Planning and executing meetings and team events with teams of 100+ people
Planning and booking travels
Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting within compliance rules
Creating and updating databases for financial, personnel, and other information
Track and replace office supplies, as necessary
Assist other admins, as needed

Required
Higher level - 10+ with experience across multiple roles in Big Tech
Strong facilitation and communication skills with large teams (50+ people)
Strong ability to plan ahead and see around corners
Collaborative, high energy self-starter, quick learner, and team player
Preferred
Arts or business degree
