Responsibilities
Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
Review customer and internal drawings to understand machining requirements and tolerances.
Design workholding and custom tooling in Solidworks for CNC machining processes.
Create accurate CNC programs and setup documentation for turning and milling operations.
Generate manufacturing drawings for custom tooling using Solidworks.
Select tooling, tool holders, and workholding for efficient processing.
Create in-process inspection reports for critical features.
Maintain NC code and documentation in Cimco CNC database.
Support CNC Machining during setup and production for program updates.
Collaborate with other CNC Programmers and technical disciplines for project success.

Required
CNC Lathe Programming (Camworks preferred)
CNC Mill-Turn Programming (Camworks preferred)
Mill-Turn Setup (Mazak experience preferred)
Experience machining broad range of materials including Aluminum, Stainless, Brass
Solidworks
Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work in team environment
Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems
