Responsibilities

Support data management tasks such as data imports, data cleanup, and data integrity initiatives.

Assist in user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, workflows, and process builder configurations.

Handle basic Salesforce configurations and customization tasks under the guidance of senior administrators.

Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related support requests from users.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

Provide basic training and guidance to users on Salesforce functionality.

Document support issues and resolutions for future reference.

Assist in gathering requirements for system enhancements and new projects.

Participate in testing and rollout of new features and functionalities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and workflows.

Work closely with senior Salesforce administrators and other IT teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.

Required

Basic understanding of Salesforce.com platform, including configuration, workflows, and administration

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Administrator certification) are a plus but not required
