Responsibilities

Solves data integrity issues, makes data quality improvements, and establishes metrics for critical data tracking

Develops and implements new data governance projects to ensure enterprise data is trusted, connected, accessible, and of the highest quality

Interacts with business leaders and data shepherds across the enterprise, and guides users in getting the most out of the organization's data governance program and platform

Required

Experience in the healthcare data field is required

Experience with data governance, data quality, and/or data profiling is strongly preferred

Experience with data governance platforms and Tibco EBX; Plus Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Suite

Demonstrated experience in collaborating with both business and technical teams

Ability to quickly understand business processes and the underlying data needs filled by those processes

Experience creating detailed requirements documents, design documents, and workflows

Willingness to take on business/data analysis tasks as well as project management, technical writing, training, and leadership tasks as needed

Ability to understand and analyze user requirements as they relate to organizational goals and objectives

Ability to present across a multi-functional executive group

Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management and team members
