Responsibilities
Architect data processing and analytics pipelines for health data.
Utilize a combination of tools and frameworks to analyze structured and unstructured data sources.
Develop predictive data models and quantitative analyses.
Implement advanced AI and Machine Learning techniques such as deep learning and generative models.
Work on AI Chat bots, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLM) monitoring tools and metrics.
Collaborate with clients to understand their questions and needs and provide objective answers based on data analysis.
Support clinicians and researchers in making informed decisions by uncovering novel health trends.
Contribute to finding solutions for global challenges across various sectors like fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.

Required
2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining
2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including Python or R
2+ years of experience with analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
Experience with developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
Experience with advanced AI and Machine Learning (ML) techniques, including deep learning and generative models
Experience with AI Chat bots, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLM) monitoring tools and metrics
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
Experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL
Experience with Cloud-based environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with machine learning libraries, including TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2
Experience with genomics data analysis, clinical data, and public health surveillance
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate and present complex concepts clearly
