Responsibilities

Support Virtual Account products including Visa Payables Automation.

Combine successful product development with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills.

Responsible for supporting end-to-end product management, including market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, product design and development, release planning, and customer enablement of Visa Payables Automation across a wide range of workstreams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product.

Develop understanding of Virtual Account platforms, ensuring change to the platforms are executed on time and budget, and that Issuer and client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed.

10% domestic travel required.

Position reports to the Austin, Texas office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field and 6 years of experience in a computer-related occupation

Process orientation and understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices

Agile processes and methodologies

Implementing and assessing the operational impact of changes to processes and procedures

Knowledge of APIs

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word)
