Responsibilities

Collaborate with diverse teams to develop, organize, and execute cross-functional plans for delivering tools/systems/integrations that drive growth.

Balance business needs versus technical constraints. Assertively hold all parties accountable to strategic goals.

Work with Directors, Business Leads, and Product Managers to coordinate efforts, track/drive projects, and manage operational implementation processes.

Understand requirements from Business Leads and Product Managers to guide the implementation of functionality meeting strategic goals and compliance obligations.

Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, assess incoming feature requests, and track/report progress on all workstreams.

Facilitate meetings, communicate project expectations and deadlines, and manage work required to launch and maintain key revenue programs.

Strategically communicate deliverables, red flags, and next steps accountability with thoughtful timelines to internal and external stakeholders.

Understand tech requirements needed to support delivery of functional and non-functional requirements.

Required

3+ years of code development experience

3+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects

Proven track record of developing and refining process

Banking experience is a plus

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field and three years of satisfactory full-time experience

Preferred

3+ years of relevant experience performing complex business analytics and data mining with strong ability to present complex data to business and financial stakeholders

Very strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis with at least 5 years utilizing SQL scripting for complex business analytics and business intelligence presentation tools

Strong abilities with ETL and utilizing big data

Strong abilities with Tableau and other reporting capabilities such as PowerBI

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis

Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis

Being able to communicate concisely supporting the analytics created with solid support and validation
