Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to predict future financial performance.
Variance Analysis: Analyze financial variances and provide insights on deviations from budgets and forecasts.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and financial strategies.
Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Investment Analysis: Assess investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; assess and manage financial risks.
Stakeholder Communication: Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives and board members.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting; advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred
CFA, CMA, or similar financial certifications.
Experience in a specific industry such as technology, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with advanced financial analysis tools and software.
