Responsibilities
Maintain and update website content for relevance and freshness.
Act as the main contact with digital vendors and agencies, fostering collaboration.
Generate and execute ideas from market research to boost website engagement.
Create compelling content for social media platforms and manage social media presence.
Supervise reputation management efforts to maintain a positive online image.
Assist in planning and executing special events, including virtual or hybrid events and conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on media opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Contribute to Marketing Action Plans and Budgets development and execution.
Build relationships with local community groups to support outreach efforts.
Work with corporate marketing and sales teams to define marketing strategies and goals.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including patient referrals.
Provide insights on market competition and develop proactive strategies.
Represent the organization at public relations functions, seminars, and media events.
Monitor patient satisfaction through surveys and provide feedback to relevant departments.
Develop marketing materials like advertisements, newsletters, and promotional items.
Lead patient-focused community events and initiatives.
Generate reports on practice statistics and referral sources.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably in healthcare.
Previous experience in the fertility industry or OB/GYN interface is desirable.
