Responsibilities

Process creation and expectation management

Internal and external communications

Project Management

Liaison for data and integration requests

Ensure compliance with data privacy and contract terms

Attend customer and vendor meetings

Prepare and deliver project status reports

Manage queue of data and integration requests

Create, manage, and enforce prioritization criteria

Required

2+ years experience managing technical, cross-functional projects

Excellent verbal and written communication internally and with customers

Ability to set expectations with customers

Executive presentation skills

Cross-functional collaboration

Technical fluency with data services, data schemas, data privacy policies

Author technical documentation - ability to co-author customer enablement docs with technical teams. Includes data dictionaries, standard feed specs, etc.

Business fluency - an understanding of Spring Health data services and pricing, and the ability to spot opportunities for growth of these services and escalate to the appropriate leaders across Revenue, Product, and Data Science.
