Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of company products and applications
Review project plans, proposals, and contractor bids
Read drawings and prepare takeoffs
Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals
Assist with preparing accurate estimates while maintaining low costs
Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications
Interact with customers to interpret their needs and requirements
Collaborate and communicate with outside sales representatives for project success
Manage product orders and delivery, warranty, and related field issues
Prepare O & M Manuals
Maintain CRM and an organized electronic project filing system

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, Industrial Distribution, a related technical field required
5 years of related work experience in Commercial Construction
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Detail-oriented, organized and continually strives for accuracy and quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment where daily tasks are never the same
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Bluebeam
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
