Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments
Design and implement experiments to test new growth ideas and optimize existing channels
Build and maintain the tools and systems necessary to measure and track our growth metrics accurately
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform our growth strategy
Develop and maintain the infrastructure required to support our growth initiatives
Mentor and coach junior growth engineers on the team

Required
5-8 years of relevant experience in growth engineering or a related field
Strong programming skills with an emphasis on Ruby on Rails is required
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies
Experience with data analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing
Experience digging into the data, OKR's, and building experiments
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching junior engineers
Preferred
Candidates could have some sort of experience in the following technologies: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, React & Typescript, Full Stack
