Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via phone and email to provide information, follow up on inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bookkeeping: Use QuickBooks to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record-keeping.
Email Management: Monitor and respond to incoming emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Office Support: Assist with a variety of office tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
General Assistance: Provide support to other team members and management as needed, helping with various projects and tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience in customer service or client relations.
