Responsibilities
Performing research into various healthcare-related topics to evaluate clients' strategic decisions and operational outcomes
Querying a wide variety of healthcare data and related population data to construct a unique data environment for each client
Employing various techniques to produce actionable insights
Creating visually engaging dashboards in Tableau
Presenting work to clients and holding regular touch-base meetings
Maintaining a strong and collaborative team between clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties

Required
Bachelor Degree OR 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following computing languages: SQL, SAS, R, Python, C, JavaScript
Demonstrated proficiency with data visualizations
Knowledge of MS Office products required; experience with tools such as Alteryx & Tableau a plus
Strong communication skills and willingness to perform in a high-visibility, client-facing role
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high achievement.
Degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, epidemiology, public health or related quantitative field preferable OR 1 year experience in data analysis and information reporting relating to healthcare data, including pharmacy.
3+ years of relevant work experience in health insurance, healthcare, public health, pharmacy, advanced analytics, machine learning, data science OR a master’s degree in one of the fields listed above OR an actuarial credential
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively across the department and with internal and external stakeholders
