Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and evaluate proposal material pricing from suppliers to determine the best cost basis for all buy items.
Participate in the development and preparation of cost/price proposals in response to RFP requirements in compliance with all Government policies, regulations, and internal documented procedures.
Responsible for Selection Analysis to ensure the best possible pricing and Price Analysis to ensure that costs are compliant with DFAR regulations.
Interface with Suppliers to support the customer's Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Coordinate and Support Supplier drawings request.
Participate in special projects as required.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience in supply chain, or 6 years of related supply chain experience in lieu of degree.
Highly developed critical thinking and communication skills with ability to influence and shape favorable business outcomes.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent writing skills is essential, with the ability to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, and policies/procedures.
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and meet program schedules.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams
Preferred
Procurement/supplier knowledge
Oracle experience
Knowledge of ITAR restrictions, and FAR/DFAR requirements
Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
Motivated and disciplined with a strong desire to succeed, learn and drive positive change.
