Responsibilities

Manage communication flow among internal and external stakeholders

Organize paperwork and records related to department operations

Prepare and present operating reports and manage departmental website and social media

Manage departmental supplies and act as primary contact for department inquiries

Serve as liaison and event planner for Accounting Advisory Board activities

Recruit and supervise student employees

Fulfill other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three years of experience providing administrative support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Windows operating systems; operating office equipment such as printers and scanners; and management of social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook).

Preferred

Prior experience providing administrative support

PeopleSoft experience.
