Director, Product Marketing

Responsibilities
Lead an industry-leading product marketing team, empower them to drive impact and growth.
Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure market intelligence insights inform and align with company strategies.
Refine and advance the global go-to-market strategy and messaging process for new and existing solutions.
Oversee and engage directly in building positioning that differentiates the product in the market.
Apply best practices for bringing solutions to market with an understanding of the buying journey, personas involved in the selection and use of solutions and expand and explain benefits and use cases for an ever-expanding set of opportunities ahead.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies.
Support and produce content and enablement materials for internal teams.
Work with brand, communications, and growth marketing to promote the product externally through campaigns, press releases, webinars, and events.

Required
8+ years of experience in product marketing at a Director or Manager level, preferably in technology or data-centric companies
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
Experience with end-to-end product launches in a global B2B solutions
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a leadership role, with proven experience developing, aligning, leading to develop a team that is focused on driving immediate impact as well as delivering long-term growth
Experience in hiring and onboarding new team members
Experience in evaluating performance to ensure the team is meeting the standards of productivity and quality
Demonstrated ability to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively in global teams
Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, customer service, and product teams
Experience in developing presentations and collateral that tell powerful stories
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
