Responsibilities

Support the operational needs of various internal business stakeholders by delivering high-quality output from data reporting tools (i.e. Looker)

Be a trusted partner to clinic, operations, and go-to-market teams to define analytics requirements and enable data-driven decision-making

Create partner-facing reporting dashboards and analytics insights for better understanding of product offerings

Collaborate with company leadership to create and maintain company-wide reporting package with KPIs

Increase data availability and self-service through building business intelligence solutions

Communicate insights and recommendations driven by data, not just status updates

Perform exploratory analyses to inform opportunities or validate strategic directions

Required

3+ years of experience working in a full-time analytics role

Proficient in SQL, developing and documenting data models, and experience managing a modern BI tool such as Looker

Familiar with Modern Data Stack concepts and tools, including ETL Tools (e.g. Fivetran, Stitch) and Data Warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift)

Previously worked on a small team (or solo)

Quantitative Degree or relevant experience in Math, CS, Data, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain (if technical-leaning)
