Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks related to the division's operations and commercial functions.
Compile and compute data for reports, arrange posts, and maintain records.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, prepare purchasing orders, and manage records.
Use the Customer Information Control System to generate work orders and follow up with customers on overdue payments.

Required
Experience in back-office support, filing, and creating work orders.
Proficiency in data entry, invoice processing, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.
