Responsibilities

Sell Osano's proprietary Privacy Platform to organizations seeking to satisfy regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA
Uncover goals, challenges, and requirements of prospects and customers, including budget constraints and decision-makers
Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
Meet/Exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team success
Provide account analysis and revenue forecast
Manage a robust pipeline, including running with high intent leads and hunting in defined territories with the support of a world-class sales development and marketing team
Nurture the supportive culture by building relationships across the company and ensuring clients' success/satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with privacy trends, technical products, services, pricing model, and value proposition
Travel may be required for large deals or market opportunities

Required

Extensive experience managing + working with $1 million+ quotas
Highly resourceful and able to overcome obstacles with positivity, creativity, and grit
Experience selling platform software, specifically leading enterprise deals across multiple stakeholders, multi-module, complex RFPs, and managing lengthy timelines
Some experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, LegalTech, cybersecurity, or similar technical sales environments
Experience providing technical demos to prospects and knowing when to bring in a Sales or Solutions Engineer for when more technical resources are needed
Comfortable developing your own pipeline and generating your own opportunities
Pride in communication and seeing it as a representation of your brand; understanding that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust
Working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Microsoft + Outlook, LinkedIn, Gong, and other sales tools with a willingness to learn
Constantly curious and motivated by contributing to processes, messaging, and market insights
Hunger to constantly improve by seeking out feedback and being self-aware
Thriving in a remote environment - being empathetic, proactively communicating, and bringing ingenuity and initiative every day

Preferred

Experience building playbooks, strategy, and process
Experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, LegalTech, cybersecurity, or similar technical sales environments
