Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions aligning with learner needs and objectives.
Utilize current learning technologies to enhance course design and delivery.
Analyze student learning outcomes, recommend improvements, and participate in assessment activities.
Manage large-scale projects, collaborate with leadership, and stay updated on educational technologies.
Apply learning theories and best practices to enhance course design, pedagogy, and assessment.
Create and manage curricular content within learning management systems (LMS).
Ensure content accessibility and usability in compliance with requirements.
Mentor and coach team members, stay updated through research and educational workshops.
Perform other duties as required.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in instructional design or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in instructional design.
Advanced understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and distance learning methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and superior organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, respond promptly to internal customer needs, and meet deadlines effectively.
Creative writing ability, collaborative mindset, and results-oriented approach.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a consultative orientation.
Preferred
Master's degree in instructional design or related field.
