Responsibilities

Provide technical support to external customers and be the face of the Quality organization in day-to-day engagements.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer complaints, changes to existing products, and PPAP submittals.

Drive timely customer complaint closure within the organization and monitor, track, and drive improvement in customer score card related to product and delivery issues.

Maintain intimate knowledge of customer requirements and assure compliance within Aspen.

Coordinate audits and lead closure of findings, actively participate in Product Development and APQP process representing the voice of the customer.

Engage in customer calls and meetings on program development, launch, and iteration, participate in RFQ’s for new programs as the quality representative.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field

Four (4) years of related experience as a Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, or related field

Experience in quality improvement through the use of the DMAIC process, 8D, 5 Whys, SPC and GR&R

Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) standards including IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA

Six Sigma Green Belt certification
