Responsibilities

Collaborates with Finance and Marketing to strategize promotions and offers that are competitive as well as fiscally responsible.

Partners with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year.

Analyzes financial and operations data/performance metrics, communicates findings as well as risks; making suggestions to improve processes.

Supports business management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.

Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures as well as continually implements also reviews them for consistency.

Leads the day-to-day performance of Finance team and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
