Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial property and casualty products tailored to the regional market.
Act as the principal contact for agency partners, fostering strong relationships that promote business growth and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.
Oversee the management of account pricing, renewals, and new business acquisition to maximize profitability and market share.

Required
4 - 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or underwriting commercial multi-line property and casualty insurance products.
Deep understanding of the property and casualty market.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must reside in Florida.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
