Responsibilities
Provide daily support for LabVantage LIMS, addressing customer tickets and issues
Manage and troubleshoot third-party, in-house built - EDI integration
Handle bi-directional FTP processes for sample logging and result reporting
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers about issues and solutions
Participate in weekly on-call rotation for emergency support
Set up EDI for new customers
Diagnose and resolve blocking issues
Perform server administration tasks, including rebooting services and running SQL queries
Support labs across multiple time zones (Eastern to Pacific)

Required
3+ years of experience with LabVantage 8.8 & 5-10 years with earlier versions like 8.3
Strong knowledge of LabVantage administration and configuration
Familiarity with Azure-hosted environments
Experience with Windows OS and SQL databases
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment
Willingness to be on-call and handle after-hours emergencies
Experience with EDI integration and LIMS data flow
Preferred
Some experience with PowerShell scripting
Familiarity with laboratory processes and workflows
Background in supporting multiple customers and time zones
