Responsibilities
Create global web experience strategies for moments, launches, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with web designers, content managers, and developers for site updates.
Develop an editorial programming calendar and measure performance.
Manage web analytics, define success metrics, and provide insights.
Drive experimentation and optimization plans to improve SEO and customer journeys.
Execute an SEO plan to enhance organic search visibility.
Oversee site management, production, localization, accessibility, and compliance.
Maintain a web roadmap and prioritize content and production teams.
Partner with Engineering teams.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience managing a global consumer website.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, production, and SEO best practices.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, experimentation tools, and SEO tools.
Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in subscriptions marketing.
