Responsibilities

Support lower complexity analysis by utilizing data to identify trends or recommend opportunity areas

Identify & evaluate specific claims or patient records relevant for an analysis or report utilizing a combination of business knowledge and tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Troubleshoot issues or data errors with guidance

Support reviewing of requirements & participate in UAT processes as needed

Support solving of business problems and analytics by executing on outlined approach & utilizing business subject matter expertise (ex. Identifying how a system enhancement can solve a business need)

Synthesize analysis takeaways and visualize with guidance

Participate actively in all working sessions

Send recaps from meetings

Maintain up-to-date documentation for reports, processes, and analysis assumptions

Keep track of assigned work & balance multiple priorities in order to complete work timely

Partner with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions and keeping them informed of necessary updates
