Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to team members, assisting with desktop and network issues, data access, logins, and more on a daily basis.
Prioritize and escalate trouble tickets as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Offer knowledgeable assistance on desktop support issues and maintain accuracy in all interactions.
Monitor and respond promptly to technical support emails and phone calls, ensuring all issues are addressed efficiently.
Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately.
Maintain inventory of company hardware and assist with office moves and additions.
Monitor system performance and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in a technical support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, along with familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other networking protocols.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2008 and above), Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Office 365.
Hands-on experience with computer upgrades, troubleshooting, and parts replacement.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory (2012 and above) and Azure Active Directory.
Strong documentation and communication skills, with a preference for experience with MacOS.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred

Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred.
