Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather training requirements and objectives
Design and develop interactive training content tailored to diverse learning styles
Create visual presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and classroom materials
Develop job aids, exercises, and supplementary resources to enhance learning
Manage and update training materials with meticulous attention to detail and version control
Oversee training program implementation, including delivery and evaluation
Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings, gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Background in residential solar or similar electrical applications
Familiarity with Captivate, Storyline, or similar e-learning software
Knowledge of basic electrical concepts and residential electrical systems
