Responsibilities

Develop and execute Strategic Communications Plans, including strategy, stakeholder identification, messaging and measurement, and tactics for initiatives of various sizes and complexity.

Lead communications team, coordinate and manage tasked assignments.

Meet regularly with clients to understand their work, needs and develop collaborative relationships.

Support client and project team in fostering opportunities to align stakeholders and prepare teams for upcoming changes (technology, process)and project success.

Plan and facilitate recurring activities including monthly reports, program-wide team meetings.

Support client meetings: prepare materials, capture and distribute notes and action items.

Enforce brand guidelines requirements to ensure consistency and clarity of message externally as well as internally (ensure adherence across the organization)

Required

10+ years of Marketing/Communications leadership experience (corporate or agency side) in a highly matrixed environment

Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams of various sizes

Experience with Martech tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience or Marketo

Proven ability to lead highly visible, complex projects with cross-functional teams

Proven ability to manage relationships and strategic partnerships

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise direction

Proven ability to set measurement criteria to achieve results

Proven ability, aptitude and desire to present to senior leaders

Proven to be a standout idea generator and analytical person with excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience working with the VA, DOD or other Federal Government agencies

Experience or knowledge of health care industry

Administrator level knowledge of MarTech tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience or Marketo
