Responsibilities

Manage 9 ongoing wastewater treatment projects.

Lead all project activities including Project Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and reviews across engineering and other disciplines.

Prepare and maintain the Project Programme and monitor progress using MS Project.

Successfully complete projects and hand over within the agreed lead time to maintain Gross Margin and minimize Margin Erosion.

Ensure regulatory, legislative, HSE, company, and end client standards are maintained throughout the delivery programme.

Prepare monthly cost reports, maintain cost controls, and manage cash flow distribution and reporting activities.

Review designs including General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for CAPEX & OPEX Projects.

Good knowledge of pumps/pipe systems, Oil & Gas process systems, sludge treatment and disposal, ozone systems, chemical dosing, UV reactors, and water/wastewater treatment process equipment.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Liaise with product, process, engineering, procurement, and other multi-discipline teams to garner project support.

Ensure projects are adequately resourced as required.

Liaise with customers to resolve project clarifications.

Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFI), Early Warning Notices (EWN), and Compensation Events (CE) as required.

Timely submission of Payment Applications in line with contractual payment terms.

Organise final project documentation including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for project handover.

Proficient in CRM Salesforce, SharePoint, and ProjectWise for project documentation.

Good understanding of NEC contract knowledge.

Required

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale wastewater treatment projects.

Extensive knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) regulations.

Strong technical knowledge related to pumps/pipe systems and water/wastewater treatment process equipment.

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project)
