Responsibilities
Grow the value of BI and Analytics at Mezzetta, expanding its breadth and depth.
Own the integration, adaption, and evolution of BI solutions as part of the ERP replacement project.
Deliver Business Intelligence information to the entire organization.
Balance real-time support, short-term and long-term needs, and strategic plans while maintaining service levels.
Work with leaders to build and execute a BI solutions roadmap.
Identify opportunities and develop a strategic BI technology plan.
Deliver BI solutions using existing stack standards and other tools.
Work with Business Analysts and end users to design and develop complex solutions.
Ensure BI solutions are accurate, available, performant, and secure.
Diagnose, fix, and improve complex issues across the entire stack.
Expand and support the existing Data Warehouse, ETL, and reporting environment.
Mentor and educate IT team members on BI and reporting technologies.
Manage consultants and vendors as needed for project delivery.
Evolve documentation standards for BI solutions and manage the BI budget.

Required
5+ years’ experience designing and executing Data Warehouses and analytics using standard relational and dimensional modeling techniques
Experience in Tabular/Dimensional modeling (SSAS-tabular/Tableau/Essbase/Cognos Universe/OBIEE)
Strong Microsoft TSQL language skills and be comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining complex queries and procedures
Strong relational DB design skills on SQL Server, including indexing and performance management
Experience in PowerBI or related/competing visualization tools(OBIEE/Tableau/DOMO/Qlik/etc.)
Experience designing and executing DataMarts optimized for Analytics tools
Solid problem-solving skills that manifest in an ability to turn business needs into clear, appropriate, and supportable technical solutions
Communicate clearly and affectively with both IT and non IT staff
Solid project and time management
Logical and curious thinker, with verbal and quantitative reasoning, and the ability to step back and see patterns
Strong technical skills and a passion for data infrastructure and analytics
