Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and optimizing tooling solutions to support manufacturing processes.
Providing technical information and assistance to job coordinators for project execution.
Creating quotes, designing parts, and developing toolpaths for ITAR jobs according to standards.
Conducting functionality checks on jobs to maintain quality standards.
Problem-solving with the General Manager on design or toolpath improvements for efficiency and quality.

Required
Proficiency in CAD/CAM Mastercam, Surfcam or Fusion.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
2 Years experience CNC programing
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Familiarity with ITAR regulations and compliance requirements
Willing to work in a tooling production environment and assist with quality control
Preferred
Experience in the electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
