Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate Friday formation trainings and retreats for fellows
Coordinate community dinners and mentor events
Support fellows in developing projects and proposals
Manage relationships with nonprofit partners and match fellows with supervisors
Facilitate community living orientations and resolve community concerns
Oversee recruitment communications and events
Contribute to JSC communications and maintain relationships with recruiting institutions
Be proactive, relationship-focused, and exhibit commitment to equity and justice
Attend meetings and events outside of the office

Required
Experience working with or for nonprofit organizations
Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and able to work independently
Self-initiated problem solver
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear commitment to JSC values of equity and justice
Must be able to travel and attend occasional meetings and events outside of the office
Requires flexible schedule; willingness to work weekends and evenings
Familiar with Mailchimp, Surveymonkey, Wordpress and willing to learn new technology
Preferred
Sense of humor and ability to give and take feedback
