Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to discuss, continually improve, and maintain KPI metrics, and data visualizations.

Work cross-functionally to aid in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization Sales & Operations Planning process.

Develop analyses, share insights from results, discuss potential recommendations, and assist with action plans to successfully drive business outcomes.

Assess existing reporting processes and identify new enhancements and improvement as needed.

Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and automate processes whenever applicable.

Proactively identify, initiate, and actively participate in process improvement discussions at organizational and departmental levels.

Establish and cultivate relationships with stakeholders within the organization to leverage Operational responsibilities.

Conduct other analyses for organizational process improvements as required.
