Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all websites and onsite signage with up-to-date information around event details, speakers, and sponsors, including SEO optimization.
Handle all social media content across platforms to ensure brand voice and consistency.
Create, publish, and share new content such as text, images, and videos to enhance customer connections and brand awareness.
Coordinate onsite photos and videos for marketing collateral on websites and emails.
Collaborate with various teams to update event pages and collateral, work with advisory board members for event promotions.
Design graphics and marketing materials aligning with campaigns, attend events to create video testimonials.
Define campaign outcomes and actions, set up A/B testing and optimize paid media campaigns.
Develop targeted outbound email marketing campaigns from concept to completion, define email deliverability strategy.
Utilize tools like CRM, Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Gmass for marketing activities.

Required
Minimum of 2 years experience is required
BS/BA in business, marketing, or relevant field
Ability to produce content and manage campaigns against a deadline
Demonstrated understanding in imagery and copy engaging audiences
Experience in managing email funnels and lead generation campaigns
Ability to adapt copy based on engagement and strategic direction provided
Experience in creating social media content across different platforms with an eye for content that will cut through the noise
Proficient in grammar, spelling and composition (copy editing)
Ability to follow up and communicate deadline with team members
Have experience using Wordpress (CMS) to update websites
Preferred
B2B marketing experience
Hubspot and Airtable marketing experience a plus
Canva experience a plus
