Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and attend to their requests.
Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on hotel appliances and machines.
Inspect tools, equipment, or machines visually.
Collaborate with all departments for seamless guest satisfaction.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as requested by the Chief Engineer.

Required
Previous engineering or related experience is required
Willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Possess poise, elegance and calm demeanor in all situations
Exceptional Organizational skills
Flexible schedule is required to meet the needs of the business
Preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Bi-lingual is preferred
