Responsibilities
Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Present findings and actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM, PowerBi and other systems.
Develop and manage revenue forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
Assist in setting sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends.
Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to drive unified revenue goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for sales operations and revenue management.

Required
Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
Experience in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS company
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
PowerBi and advanced Excel experience is required
Proficiency in CRM systems, (NetSuite preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
