Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate development, assembly, and organization of critical cooperative purchasing documentation.
Maintain documentation in file management systems to ensure compliance with record retention requirements.
Update contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and pricing changes.
Coordinate with departments for vendor landing pages and insurance documentation.
Track and compile Sourcewell Board resolutions in support of contract awards.
Provide accurate information to staff, entities, and vendors.
Assist in preparing job aids, process documentation, and procurement-related tasks.
Attend industry conferences and training to stay current in public procurement best practices.

Required
Associate’s Degree, OR An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and training, and demonstrated professional experience in related field
Experience with document and data management systems
Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website page maintenance
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in public procurement
Any of the following procurement related certifications: CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPPB (Certified Professional Public Buyer) CPP (Certified Purchasing Professional)
