Responsibilities
To have responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of maximum commitment dates and progress report due dates for all hospital commitment types.
Reason logically, creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to track the assignments of Forensic Evaluators and processing of Forensic Reports.
Ability to analyze and interpret court orders and recognize discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of tracking databases for case management and monitoring of patients referred to other state hospital transfers.
Able to make arithmetical computations to determine maximum commitment date applying applicable custody credits and enhancements according to Penal Code.
Assist in coordinating patient involuntary medication hearings.
Analyze and interpret forensic reports, court orders and subpoenas.
Proficient in Excel, data entry, and compiling data into graphs for data analysis.
