Responsibilities
Understand the key business, client, and product objectives within WPB. Act as a key point of contact within Marketing for stakeholders to engage with for support on communication goals and objectives
Develop and manage content for collateral, direct mail, email, and other digital channels to support client acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell, usage and retention, as well as client regulatory and service notifications
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Customer Segment, Product, Distribution, Sales Administration, Compliance, and Internal Comms teams
Develop and manage budgets, while ensuring cost control of marketing communications

Required
8+ years Marketing experience with proven record of developing and managing marketing campaigns and communications. Experience in the financial services industry preferred
Prior experience managing the development of communications from beginning to end – understanding stakeholder requests, building workback schedules, copy writing and evaluation, obtaining stakeholder and compliance reviews, engaging in house creative resources or external agencies for design and production/printing and evaluating effectiveness.
Results-oriented with sound analytical and thinking skills, outstanding communication and organizational skills. Previous responsibilities for budget coordination preferred
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence team colleagues and communicate across various business lines, units and at senior levels within the organization
