Responsibilities

Performs routine office support activities

Provide customer service to students and division visitors

Answers phones and emails

Assist with contacting students following course changes and enrollment cancellations

Helps enroll students in classes and helps them understand their schedules

Provides administrative support to the Associate Dean and faculty

May be required to maintain records and filing systems

Applies knowledge of basic office practices, procedures, and equipment (customer service, telephone computer, copier)

Serves as the first point of contact for the division if needed

Applies knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and basic mathematics
