Required
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent education and experience
Strong background in Project/Program Management
Human Resources specific project management experience
PMP certification
Proficiency in Smartsheet
Experience in change management
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
Preferred
Previous mentorship or leadership experience
