Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with technical and civil engineering design or provide Project Management

Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources including stormwater management design, site grading, erosion and sediment control design, preparing plans for agency/municipal review, completing various land development and environmental permitting applications, and attending meetings with stakeholders

Be a critical thinker, willing to learn through trial and error, self-motivated, and dedicated to tasks

Have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution

0-2 years of experience in land development civil-site engineering

Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software

Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Preferred

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred

EIT Preferred

Familiarity with ArcGIS software is preferred
