Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors to the office.
Answer and screen incoming telephone calls.
Support Schedulers in monitoring caregiver clock ins and outs.
Provide documentation in software systems.
Organize and file paperwork.
Prepare and send employee birthday and sympathy cards.
Check and manage office supplies and inventory.
Create shopping lists and maintain office organization.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.

Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have proven verbal and written communications skills.
Must have a friendly and pleasant phone voice and excel in Customer Service.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be proficient at Microsoft Windows, Outlook and Word.
Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to multitask.
Willing to be flexible and adaptable.
Must be detail oriented.
Preferred
Experience with WellSky scheduling software is a plus.
A background in caregiving or as a CNA is also valuable but not necessary.
